葡萄园在北维多利亚Alpesnear地区的Mansfield.这个地区，由雪融，融化至布勒山和斯特林河流，生产这种酒的葡萄在澳大利亚. 在十分利于生长的时期后，葡萄在4月上旬经过细心挑选，制造出强大而美丽的酸度平衡，口感细腻有柑橘类水果味道，花香满布葡萄酒。一个不一样的葡萄酒现在也可以保存为10到15年。香气及口感：自然纯美，清新亮丽，口感细腻，蕴含着浓郁的果香和花香的混合香气，此酒有可口的酸度，平衡优美，有天然葡萄酒汁的甜美味。
饮用的方法：把酒放进冰桶然后加冰块和水，待酒瓶完全冰冻后，（冰水温度大约为6℃以下），放置15-20分钟后开瓶饮用为口感。可随意配搭食物饮用。此酒荣获拉瑟格伦酒展2005金奖。

The Barwite Vineyards are on the slops of the Victorian Alpesnear the town of Mansfield.The area,fed by the snow-melted rivers of Mts.Buller and Stirling,produces some of the finest aromatic wines in Australia.The grapes for this wine were picked in early April after a great growing season.It shows delicate floral aromas with powerful citrus fruit on the palate balanced with beautiful acidity. A great wine now it can also be cellared confidently for ten to fifteen years.
