这种酒通过对在不同时间的热带水果,将风味不一的味道注入葡萄酒中，配合牡蛎佐餐可令酒的口感好。香气及口感：青苹果及醋栗果香混合植物性香，辛辣口味重，酒香浓郁且风味独具，清香爽口，回味延绵。保存方法：存放在18-23度。此酒年产量为2500 dozen，饮用的方法：把酒放进冰桶然后加冰块和水，待酒瓶完全冰冻后，（冰水温度大约为6℃以下），放置15-20分钟后开瓶饮用为口感。此酒荣获维多利亚州葡萄酒展2009银奖。
