LGK series Air Plasma Arc Cutting Machine is designed in compliance with GB1579.1-2004 National Criteria ,and capable of cutting relatively thick steel materials ;
Applications:
With compressed air and power source , the machine can cut a wide range of steel material , such as stainless steel, alloy steel , cast iron , carbon , steel , copper , aluminum, manganese , titanium and composite board .
Features:
1 High cutting speed, narrow and neat cut, little deformation, saving materials.
2 Use compressed air as cutting air source, the cost is very low.
3 Simple and safe operation, easy learn and master, convenient move.
Operating conditions:
(1) Environmental conditions: ambient temperature rage: -10℃-40°
(2) Relative humidity；≤50%at 40℃，and≤90%at20℃；
(3) In workplace, no dust and acidic or alkali gas that will seriously affect the products, wind speed ≤2m/s, and equipped with good ventilation and de-dust fittings.
(4) High above sea level: ≤1000m.
Power supply is true sine wave, and power network fluctuation is +10%, and three-phase voltage unbalance rate ≤+5%/-5%
