UNY series Stirrup Butt Welder

UNY series Stirrup Butt Welder is designed by our company especially for our customers to weld stirr-ups(all sorts of loop-type reinforcing steel bar).Its operational principle is the same as that of the UN series general butt welders.It is a new and unique welding equipment that can butt welds the stirrups(all sorts of loop-type reinforcing steel bar)and the vertical reinforcing steel bar. It is composed of welding transformer, gear adjuster, control circuit and head (work fixture ).The welding is stable and efficient .Compared with the old welding methods ,such as lap welding and binding, this method can save a lot of materials and meanwhile reserves all the functions fo general butt welders .The work efficiency is also greatly improved .And it is a convenient and speed energy-saving product .
