授权证明书办理贸促会认证流程：
1、出口商将授权证明书和辅助资料准备好；
2、将准备好的文件和资料递交至贸促会进行贸促会认证并制成商事证明书。
3、出口商到贸促会领取证书。
注：出口商申请贸促会认证需要先注册备案，贸促会对出口商要求比较多，操作比较麻烦。一般出口商需要做贸促会认证都是通过我司代办，将资料寄给我们即可，资料收到后由我们提交贸促会办理。

授权证明书办理贸促会认证所需资料：
1、授权证明书两份（一份用于做贸促会认证原件，一份贸促会留底）；
2、出口商的营业执照复印件一份（无需盖章）；
3、企业印章备案表 一份
4、委托书 一份
（所有资料均有格式提供）

注：若是出口商是香港公司，需先将文件送香港总商会认证，认证完后再送大陆贸促会进行认证；如是大陆公司，则可以直接送贸促会进行认证。
A certificate of authorization for ccpit certification process:
1, exporters will authorization certificate, and auxiliary materials ready;
2, will be prepared documents and materials submitted to the ccpit certificate of ccpit certification and made commercial.
3, exporters to ccpit to get the certificate.
Note: exporters apply for ccpit certification need to register for the record, ccpit requires more for exporters, the operation is more troublesome.Exporters commonly need to do the ccpit authentication is through our agent, will just send us some information, after you receive the information we submit ccpit to handle.

Certificate of authorization for the ccpit authentication required information:
1, authorization certificate in two (one for the original ccpit certificate, one purpose of ccpit);
2, a copy of business license of the exporters a (need not affix one's seal);
3, a corporate seal for the record table
4, the power of attorney a copy
(all data format will be provided)

Note: if the exporter is Hong Kong company, need to first send a file to the Hong Kong general chamber of commerce certification, certification of the mainland and then send the ccpit authentication;Mainland companies, can be directly send to ccpit for certification.
