金刚线锯设备是一台全自动，工作过程由PLC控制，10个由不锈钢、PP材质制作的一条连续工作的电镀镍设备生产线。操作者将金刚线穿好后，按启动按钮开始工作，整个过程无人工干预，人机界面显示，连续电镀长度达到51KM后，完成一个工程过程。
