1.问：是否必须将所有的标准品和样品一式两份？答: 是的，进行重复也是为了检测化验结果的jing确度。Q：Do I have to run all of my standards and samples in duplicate?A: Yes, the duplicates are run in order to monitor assay precision and increase confidence in the assay results obtained.
2.问：我必须同时使用所有的样本吗？答：不用。我司每一个试剂盒都使用条形微孔板。可以在不同的时间取检测不同数量的样本。Q:Do I have to run all of my samples at one time?A:No, each kit uses stripwell microplate. This allows the user to analyse different numbers of samples at different times.
Precautions ：
1. Do not substitute reagents from one kit to another. Standard, conjugate and microplates are matched for optimal performance. Use only the reagents supplied by manufacturer.
2. Do not remove microplate from the storage bag until needed. Unused strips should be stored at 2-8°C in their pouch with the desiccant provided.
3. Mix all reagents before using. Remove all kit reagents from refrigerator and allow them to reach room temperature ( 20-25°C)
