一、电压击穿试验仪HCDJC-100KV用途
华测电压击穿试验仪满足GB1408.1-2006《绝缘材料电气强度试验方法 第1部分；工频下试验》、GB/T1695-2005《硫化橡胶工频击穿电压强度和耐电压的测定方法》、GB/T 3333-1999《电缆纸工频击穿电压试验方法》、GB/T 12656-1990《电容器纸工频击穿电压测定法》、GB/T1981及ASTM D149标准要求设计制造。电压击穿试验仪主要适用于固体绝缘材料如：塑料、薄膜、树脂、云母、陶瓷、玻璃、绝缘油、绝缘漆、纸板等介质在工频电压或直流电压下击穿强度和耐电压时间的测试；电压击穿试验仪采用计算机控制，试验过程中可在线观察试验曲线；自动存储试验条件及试验结果等数据，并可存取、显示、打印。本试验机采用立式箱体结构，极大的节省试验室内占地空间，地脚采用滑轮结构，方便移动和摆放，避免同类厂家生产的卧式设备，安放时需要另配安装台的情况，占地空间大，移动不方便等缺点。
二、电压击穿试验仪主要技术要求：
1、设备输入电压： 交流 100KVV (普通试验室电源均可兼容)

4、试验方法：0-100KV全量程可调(采用高精度电压采样器件，取消了同类厂家由于电压采样精度不够必须采用高压分级的方式)

注：本产品采用最先进的直流伺服电机加载减速机构，保证了最新标准里面关于极慢速试验和极快速试验的最新要求，（一般为皮带轮机构，误差较大）保证用户可以自由选择升压速率，是目前同类产品中唯一满足国标对于升压速率要求的测试设备。

7、过电流保护装置应有足够灵敏度以保证试样击穿时在0.1S内切断电源。
8、漏电电流选择：1—100 mA可由计算机软件自由进行设定。
9、本仪器采用先进的无触点原件匀速调压方式，淘汰同类产品中机械传动升压方式。
10、支持短时间内短路试验要求。(其它同类产品无此功能)
11、一次试验可以同时做3个试样。(同类产品一次试验只能做一个试样)

四、电压击穿试验仪试验软件：
1、本仪器在试验过程中可对升压击穿过程绘制实时曲线，每次试验的升压曲线都由不同颜色构成，试验结束后可叠加对比材料的试验数据重复性。
2、可以随时调取当前及历史试验数据进行查看，编辑及修改参数。
3、试验过程中可以随时修改试验条件及存储路径及自动存储试验结果。
4、试验过程中，可随时通过软件决定本次试验是否有效，方便筛选试验结果。
5、可设置操作口令，做到专机专人操作，避免无关人员误操作。
五、华测设备安全保护功能：
1、试验在试验箱中进行，试验箱门打开时电源加不到高压变压器输入端，即高压侧无电压。100KV测试设备高压电极距离试验箱壁的最近距离大于270mm，50KV测试设备高压电极距离试验箱壁的最近距离大于250mm，试验时即使人接触箱壁也不会有危险。
2、设备要安装单独的保护地线。接保护地线，主要是减少试样击穿时对周围产生的较强的电磁干扰。也可避免控制计算机失控。
3该试验设备的电路设有多项保护措施，主要有：过流保护、过压保护、漏电保护、短路保护、直流试验放电报警，电磁放电等。
4、直流试验放电报警功能:在设备做完直流试验时,当开启试验门时设备会自动报警,直至使用设备上的放电装置放电后报警会自动取消.(注：因为直流试验后不放电会危险到人身安全,不能直接拿取电极,起到提醒使用人员放电以免造成人身伤害)。
5、试验放电装置，电磁铁自动放电放置。

A HCDJC-100KV voltage breakdown testing instrument use
Voltage breakdown testing instrument to meet the GB1408.1-2006 "electrical strength of insulating materials test methods part first; power frequency test", GB/T1695-2005 "vulcanized rubber power frequency breakdown strength and voltage resistant test method", GB/T 3333-1999 "cable breakdown voltage test method", GB/T 12656-1990 "paper capacitor power frequency breakdown voltage measurement method", and GB/T1981 ASTM D149 standard design and manufacture. Voltage breakdown testing instrument is mainly applicable to solid insulating materials such as plastics, film, resin, mica, ceramic, glass, insulating oil, insulating paint, paper and other media in the frequency of the voltage or DC voltage breakdown strength and voltage time test; computer controlled by voltage breakdown testing instrument, testing process can be observed online test curve; automatic storage test conditions and test data, and can access, display, print. The vertical structure of the body of the test machine, greatly saves the experiment indoor space, anchor the pulley structure, convenient to move and place, avoid the similar horizontal equipment manufacturers, at the time of need another with the installation platform, covering a large space and is not convenient to move the deficiency.
