ND---真空内吸附单面瓦楞机系列Ⅱ
性能：
1．该机适合配中、高速瓦楞纸板生产线。
2．采用高压离心风机，带有消声器装置，噪音低。
3．瓦楞辊直径Φ310mm、Φ320mm、Φ360mm、Φ430mm，材质48CrMo合金钢制造，采用热处理工艺精密磨削。表面镀硬铬处理，表面硬度SH75以上。
4．各导纸轴、预热缸、加压轴工作表面磨削加工并镀硬铬处理。
5．润滑可选用高温油脂润滑或间歇式自动循环润滑形式。
6．采用红外线断纸传感器，实现断纸自动保护。断纸时压力辊退出，浆盘退出。
7．上浆量大小的控制分为电动控制和自动控制。
A、根据生产线的车速通过电机达到所需的控浆量。
B、自动时可根据车速的变化由编码器和PLC自动完成；并有人机界面数值显示，以保证瓦楞机在变速运转时所需要的上浆量，确保高质量的单面瓦楞纸的稳定性。
8. 采用高刚性的同一底座，传动与压制瓦楞一体化；****驱动箱，万向节传动提高工作的稳定性。实现PLC与变频器的通讯，控制瓦楞机的加、减速达到节约电能并预留生产管理系统通讯接口。
9．配置喷雾装置，可任意调节原纸的湿度。

Characteristics:
1.Applied to mid and high speed production line.
2.High pressure fan structure with silencer is used to reduce noise.
3.The diameter of corrugating roll is Φ310mm, Φ320mm，Φ360mm, Φ430mm. It is made from alloy steel 48CrMo. The roll is polished with heat treatment. Coated with chrome, the hardness of its surface reaches above SH75.
4.The working surface of each paper-guiding roll, pre-heater and pressure roll is polished and coated with hard chrome.
5.Automatic interval cycledoil and high temperature grease provide reasonable lubrication.
6.Infrared detector assures auto paper-breaking protection. When paper is broken, the press roll and the glue trough will withdraw.
7.Thickness of glue is controlled by the clearance between glue roller and doctor roller, by electyomotion or Automatic.
