ART-12 系列光功率计采用国际最先进的手持式仪表专用集成芯片，实现超低功耗运行，二节 5 号电池可持续工作达 300 小时以上 。操作简单方便。设有 1550nm 、 1480nm 、 1310nm 、 980nm 、 850nm 五个波长校正点（其它波长可选）。可线性或非线性显示光功率，既可用于光功率的直接测量，也可用于光纤链路损耗的相对测量。是光纤通信、有线电视系统施工及维护过程中必不可少的仪器设备。
