一步法PE-Xb管材生产线是本公司结合中外实际生产，自主开发研制的管材生产线。该生产线结构新颖合理，外形美观，运用了自动称量配比供料装置，水温水位自动控制技术；采用PLC控制系统，人机对话界面，操作简便。
高速挤出机采用开槽式机筒，水冷强制送料段，带特殊混炼构造的反应式专用螺杆，实现了聚烯烃类管材挤出过程的高速，高效。
特殊构造的机头克服了管坯成型过程中的聚合物分子链的应力取向，使聚烯烃原料优良的物理化学性能完全复制到管材上。
真空定型箱采用我公司拥有的自主知识产权（发明专利，实用新型专利）的优质铜合金定径套（叠片水浸式，水帘式定径方式），实现了塑料管材均匀，有效的冷却定型，实现了管材的高速生产。
