产品概述
JY-853是根据纺织浆料、印染颜料，涂料色浆，印染前处理的生产工艺，而开发出来的具有高分子特性有机硅消泡剂。且是引用国外先进技术以改性聚硅氧烷为主题材料精制而成。它既能在浆料生产过程中有很好的消泡，抑泡效果，在纺织上浆同样有很好的控制泡沫的作用。特点是用量少、抑泡持久、耐酸碱、耐高温、不会因破乳或与浆料产生反应而影响浆料的质量。

使用方法
与其他有机硅消泡剂一样使用，可直接加入到浆料池，也可以用水稀释后添加，添加用量为0.01%-0.5%，根据现场消泡情况，如有特殊要求再作调整。使用前先须搅拌均匀，在乳液聚合前加入，这样有很好的抑泡效果。在纺织上浆时用水稀释后添加，这样有助于分散，节省用量。

包装、贮存、运输
本产品用25kg、50kg塑料桶、200kg铁桶包装或根据客户要求包装.
容器必须盖紧，25℃左右的环境中可贮存六个月以上。不得在阳光下曝晒，不得靠近热源；本产品为无毒无害不燃不爆的一般化学品

注：根据不同的起泡体系，调节使用量，推荐使用范围在千分之几到万分之几之间。使用时直接加入产品中，但在使用前必须做小试。使用时不得带入其它物品，另注意保存，如有异样，慎重考虑或咨询厂家。
