Application: the tri-cylinder dryer can dry mortar, cement plant slag, clay, mineral, pulverized coal, plaster, raw materials such as iron powder of drying, widely used in building material, chemical industry, casting, etc.
Characteristics:
1. The tri-cylinder dryer equipment investment is 1/6 of the imported products, using alloy steel, and the wear-resisting 3-4 times better than common steel.
2. Materials moisture content is 15%, tri-cylinder dryer can ensure moisture content below 0.5-1%. It is the cement plant, GGBS and dry mortar products production line first choice.
3. The tri-cylinder dryer thermal efficiency is as high as 80% (traditional single cylinder dryer thermal efficiency is only 32%), so it increase efficiency 48%.
4. Fuel can adapt to, bituminous coal, coal gangue, mountainous oil, steam, can baking the thickness 20-40 mm material.
5. The tri-cylinder dryer covers area about 50% of the single cylinder, the investment for land about 50% lower.
6. No air leakage phenomenon, thoroughly solved the seal difficulty, 2 hours can be installed.
7. Easy to control the moisture content of the products according as per user’s requirement.
8. Discharging temperature < 50 degrees, can be directly feeding library, do not need the cooling system.
9. The tri-cylinder dryer cylinder body temperature is only 60 degrees, waste gas temperature < 100 degrees.
10. The tri-cylinder dryer coal consumption is a third of the single cylinder dryer, power saving 40%.
