该生产线主要设备由上料机、油炸锅、脱油机、调料机、冷却包装装置等组成。功能：油炸机可以将进入炸锅的原料从定时炸制，提锅淋油、提升倒入脱油筒脱油到输送出去一气合成。温度、油炸时间、脱油时间全部由PC机自动控制；可以炸制各类食品，炸制效果稳定均匀性好，能有效地控制食品含油量
特点：流水作业、自动化程度高、通用性强、能耗低、无污染。全不锈钢结构，以使其满足生产的要求；PC全自动控制，各控制参数更，调整更方便。
适合产品：各类膨化食品；油炸面食；油炸花生米等坚果类。
