超宽带可调谐激光器400~2300nm

TLS系列可调谐激光器是基于专利的可调谐滤波器技术及超连续光源技术研发而成的。调谐范围从可见光到近红外，激光线宽最小可达0.3nm。在整个调谐范围内可实现极高的准确性（precise up to 0.05 nm)及度（accurate up to 0.1 nm)。
