以下是申请GOST需要客户提供：- Name of product and description; 产品名称、型号和描述- Custom Tariff Code;海关代码- Copy of the register record of company. 营业执照以及翻译- Reference to the manufacturer’s web site;网站- instruction manual in Russian or English操作手册- Copy of available Certificates (ISO, ATEX, etc);ISO证书复印件（ISO或防爆等等，但是ISO是很关键的，没有ISO要去工厂审核体系）- Name of End User;（最终用户的名称）- Scope of supply;产品用途- General arrangement drawing and diagrams;总装图- Product data sheets and specification;产品规格表
