我们生产的铌酸锂单晶薄膜，其晶格结构为单晶，完全保持了体材料的物理性质，直径为3英寸，上层铌酸锂单晶薄膜厚度为0.3-0.7微米，中层是1微米厚二氧化硅（SiO2）, 最下面是0.5毫米厚铌酸锂晶片衬底。
