SA 1002 is a flexible silicon modified urethane acrylate, suitable for foil coating application. Due to the content of specialized silanol functionality, it could be cured by heat (150-170°C) as well. Meanwhile, it has 1.5 UV curing calculated functionality.
SA 1002是一只柔韧的硅改性的聚氨酯丙烯酸酯齐聚物，适用于箔涂料、指甲油封层成膜、太阳能面板粘结。由于其含有特别设计的硅醇结构，其亦可以通过加热固化。同时，其具有约1.5官能度的UV固化官能基。

Application应用
SA 1002 could be used as main binder of protection film for foil, especially for aluminum foil. Thoroughly cured film (dual curing) exhibits high toughness and flexibility. Commonly the hardness should be adjusted with other resin.
It could be cured under solar radiation, so it could be used as binder for adhesive of solar panel (photovoltaic industry).

Storage贮存
SA 1002 must be stored in a cool, dark place with shelf life of at least 12 months. The storage temperature should not exceed 40 °C.
