产品性能：白色晶体粉末，粉末平均粒径在3.5-8.0微米之间,最大的颗粒通过500目标准筛。主成分为KF-ALF二元系低共晶点组成，分子比1.2左右，熔化温度在557-565℃之间。溶解度（20℃，100ml水）：0.28±0.05g，密度2.7g/cm，堆积密度0.35-0.55g/cm。水溶液PH值：6-7。钎剂熔化时清亮透明，高温下有高活性，能很好地破除金属铝铜表面的氧化膜，使钎料铺展湿润，通过毛细作用钎料被植入钎缝中，常温下钎焊后玻璃状残渣不溶于水，不吸潮，无腐蚀。特别是在氮气保护下钎焊，钎剂用量少，焊后可不清洗，使用方便，显现出强大的优越性。
适用范围：应用于铝-铝、铝-铝合金、铝-不锈钢等钎焊中，本产品广泛适用于汽车空调、铝蒸发器、铝散热器、电热电器、铝合金结构件等行业。产品包装：袋装，内塑外编，每袋净重25公斤。桶装，内塑膜，外纸桶，每桶净重40公斤。

IN recent years,method has been widely used in zhe brazing process of aluminium and its alloys.The product introduced here is just the brazing agent used in the brazing process.
