蓝晶石

      蓝晶石是一种新型耐火资料,属于高铝矿物,抗化学侵蚀功能强、热震机械强度大,受热收缩不可逆等,是消费不定形资料和电炉顶砖 、磷酸盐不烧砖、莫来石砖、低蠕变砖的次要原料,也是一种蜕变矿物,次要产于区域蜕变结晶片岩中,其蜕变相由绿片岩相到角闪岩相。也罕用作宝石戒面,手链,项链。

 

蓝晶石特点:

      (1)热收缩性:蓝晶石矿物在加热进程直达化为莫来石和蓝晶石的混合物,在这个转化进程中,矿物随同着体积收缩,并且构成良好的英来石针状网络,体积收缩率16-18%。

      (2)稳固性:蓝晶石矿物消费耐火资料稳固性比粘土质耐火资料高1.5倍。蓝晶石耐火砖比粘土砖的损耗低43%,比粘土砖寿命长150-200炉。

蓝晶石用处

      蓝晶石矿物次要用作消费耐火资料、氧化铝、硅铝合金和金属纤维等用处。

      一、蓝晶石做耐火资料的优点
