蓝晶石简介
蓝晶石是一种新型耐火资料，属于高铝矿物，抗化学侵蚀功能强、热震机械强度大，受热收缩不可逆等，是消费不定形资料和电炉顶砖、磷酸盐不烧砖、莫来石砖、低蠕变砖的次要原料，也是一种蜕变矿物，次要产于区域蜕变结晶片岩中，其蜕变相由绿片岩相到角闪岩相。
蓝晶石特性
1.热收缩性
蓝晶石矿物在加热进程直达化为莫来石和SiO2的混合物，在这个转化进程中，矿物随同着体积收缩，并且构成良好的英来石针状网络，体积收缩率16～18%。
2.稳固性
蓝晶石矿物消费耐火资料稳固性比粘土质耐火资料高1.5倍。蓝晶石耐火砖比粘土砖的损耗低43%，比粘土砖寿命长150～200炉。
3.耐火度高
普通粘土质耐火资料的耐火度为1670～1770℃，而蓝晶石的耐火资料通常大于1790℃， 矮小于1850℃。
4.不可逆性
蓝晶石矿物煅烧成莫来石，是一个不可逆的转化。在温度1810℃以下它是稳固的。因而莫来石耐火资料具备低温下体积稳固、收缩率低、抗化学侵蚀性强、机械强度高和抗热冲击才能强的特点。
