我国尖晶石采纳烧结法和电容法两种消费工艺。原料次要菱镁矿和工业氧化铝粉或铝矾土。按氧化镁和氧化铝的目标不通，分富镁尖晶石和富铝尖晶石并使用不同畛域。

电熔镁铝尖晶石具备耐低温、体密大、吸水率低、热收缩系数小、热稳固性好、抗腐蚀才能强的特点。是制作铸滑板、水口砖、钢包亲砖战争炉炉砖的理想资料，也是大型水泥窑、中型水泥窑过渡带、耐火浇注料及高中窑具用的根本原料。宽泛使用于钢铁冶炼、水泥回转窑及玻璃工业窑炉上。
运输与装卸：在运输进程中，不得用铁钩拖拽，应避免与坚固物质混装，不可激烈振动、磨擦、踩、 砸，严禁抛掷，应轻装轻卸，以缩小包装破碎，影响应用。
