构造特点 : Structure & Character:
1、可编程控制器（电脑）控制生产程序。喷胶、封口、切纸、换芯自动同步进行。
Production Procedure is controlled by Programmable controller system. Spraying, sealing, cutting and core exchanging are conducted synchronously.
2、复卷过程先紧后松并可设定复卷松紧程度。
During rewinding, the paper is tight first and loosen latter and also the tightness of rewinding can be set.
3、断纸、撕边、芯管储存自动报警提示。
Auto set up alarm when paper breaks or stores the core pipes.
4、原纸放卷独立配套张力控制。原纸气动上机。
Each unwinding of jumbo roll is separately equipped with tension control and pneumatic jumbo roll lifting.
5、人机对话操控，生产参数生产故障荧屏显示。
Touching screen and man-machine interaction are installed to auto display production breakdown and parameter.
6、打孔节长可调。
Punching Line Distance(Interval) is adjustable.
7、压花型式由用户选择。
Embossment pattern is chosen by customers.
8、电气元件、同步带、轴承用进口产品。
Electric components, synchronous belt and bearing are import brand.
*根据客户要求可做双压花辊，可配套上胶复合装置生产厨房用纸，可配套1-3色彩印设备。
*Double embossing roller can be produced to meet customers’demands,Glue applying device can be added to produce kitchen paper. The auxiliary 1-3 color printing device can additionally be provided.
