海关联盟技术法规认证证书，俄文：технических регламентов Таможенного союза сертификатов соответствия/ деклараций о соответствии,简称：TP TC.英文：Technical Regulations of the Customs Union conformity Certificates / Declarations of Conformity（简称TR CU认证或CU-TR），因为认证标志是EAC mark，所以也叫EAC认证。
因为海关联盟法规规定：从2013年2月15日起三国（俄、哈、白）凡属于海关联盟（EAC认证）管辖下的产品，必须申请EAC认证。标志是EAC。新法规执行后三国中止颁发原有各自独立的认证证书，包括：（俄罗斯的GOST-R证书，白俄罗斯的GOST-B证书，哈萨克斯坦的GOST-K证书）。也就是说三国都最迟必须于2015年3月15日完成GOST认证向海关联盟EAC认证的转换。否则将不能正常通关。
